The project analyzed Jollibee’s online ordering experience, identifying usability issues through user interviews, competitor analysis, and heuristic evaluation for improvements.

Jollibee approached us to enhance their online ordering experience, addressing usability challenges and optimizing the purchase path for a smoother, more intuitive process. Our team focused on improving transparency, customization, and navigation to align the platform with user expectations and industry best practices.

We began by conducting in-depth user research, competitor analysis, and heuristic evaluations to identify key pain points. Users expressed frustration with unclear pricing, limited customization options, and lack of feedback mechanisms during the ordering process.

To address these issues, we designed a redesigned purchasing flow that enhances pricing clarity, meal customization, and real-time order tracking. The interface was restructured to simplify navigation, making it easier for customers to browse menus, modify orders, and complete purchases seamlessly. Improved feedback mechanisms and intuitive interactions were implemented to reduce confusion and increase customer confidence.

The final solution transformed Jollibee’s digital ordering experience, making it more user-friendly and efficient. Post-implementation, these enhancements are expected to reduce cart abandonment, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand loyalty. This project showcases the impact of thoughtful UX research and design in optimizing e-commerce experiences for fast-food consumers.
